"So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. "

Michael Paul and Alisa met in the fall of 2007. They began dating several months later and were recently engaged. As a child, Alisa experienced the mission field as her family served in Puerto Rico. God allowed that experience to soften her heart toward missions. Michael Paul surrendered to full time ministry as a teenager, but God truly opened his heart specifically towards missions in the last couple of years through prayer, interaction with other missionaries, and several short term missions trips.
Michael Paul and Alisa will be married in April and are so excited for the opportunity to serve God in Kenya, Africa. God decided to have them take a detour as Michael Paul serves out his last year in the United States Marine Corps in Quantico, VA. They have such a passion for the lost souls in Kenya and are excited to see God work through them to meet the Kenyan's spiritual and physical needs.

Greg and Sandy met at work in 2000 and were married the end of 2005. They have 2 teenage children, Wendell age 15 and Connor age 13.
Towards the end of a 13-week Financial Peace course in 2007, they realized that God was impressing on them to become debt free and free to serve. They made it their goal to be debt free within 2-3 years and then Sandy would quit her full-time job to serve through the ministries of Grace Baptist Church. Within 3 weeks of the goal being set, their hearts were on fire to work the plan and see what God would do. Little did they know He would reveal what He intended so soon after their commitment.
After Aaron & Steph phoned to share their calling to Kenya, Greg and Sandy knew right away that this was exactly what God had in store. It is an honor that God would allow them to be involved in His plan to reach the Kenyan children with the hope of Jesus Christ . The best part is they will be co-laboring with the church family to supply the needs of TeamKenya while the Team is in the field and on deputation.
